Qualifications

• Current Practising Certificate required.
• Law degree required.
• Relevant conveyancing training/qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages across freehold and leasehold properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, agents, and other key stakeholders.
• Progress files proactively and efficiently while ensuring internal processes, compliance requirements, and client records are properly maintained.
• Prepare and review contract packages, raise enquiries, submit searches, and draft title, mortgage, and search reports.
• Act for mortgage lenders and assist with exchanges of contracts and agreeing transfer deeds.
