Job summary

A well-established Northampton-based law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their team. The role covers a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, including sales, remortgages, transfers of equity and land transactions.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' residential conveyancing experience, strong organisational and client management skills, and a willingness to mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor - 3+ PQE

Location: Northampton

Working Arrangement: Office-based

A well-established legal firm in Northampton is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to their team.

The Role

The successful candidate will have experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with experience across areas such as:

• Sales and purchases
• New build
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Land transactions
• Post-completion
• AML and associated conveyancing processes

There is also an opportunity to support and mentor more junior members of the team, making this a great role for someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and taking on additional responsibility.
