Responsibilities

• Manage your own conveyancing files from instruction to completion with supervision as needed.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, estate agents and third parties.
• Draft legal documents, contracts and correspondence.
• Carry out Land Registry searches and submit applications.
• Review property searches from external providers and handle post-completion matters.
• Progress files efficiently in line with deadlines and maintain accurate records.
