Job summary

Brandon James in the United Kingdom is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing property team. You will support fee earners across a varied caseload of transactions, gaining hands-on experience from instruction through to post-completion.

The role covers both residential and commercial conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, preparing contracts, reviewing title documents, and assisting with post-completion formalities.

Qualifications

• Experience within a conveyancing role in a law firm.
• Exposure to residential property transactions, including leasehold and freehold work.
• Experience assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages or transfers of equity.
• Understanding of the conveyancing process end to end.

Responsibilities

The Role
