Job summary

Confidential is a specialist property-focused law firm seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing property team. The role offers exposure across residential and commercial conveyancing, supporting fee earners through the full transaction process, including sales, purchases, leases, remortgages and post-completion work.

You will gain hands-on experience in a focused property law environment, with close supervision from experienced fee earners and clear opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Experience within a conveyancing role in a law firm.
• Exposure to residential property transactions, including leasehold and freehold work.
• Understanding of the conveyancing process end to end.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
• Preparing contract packs and supporting transaction progression
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Reviewing title documents, leases, searches and mortgage paperwork
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third parties
• Preparing reports on title under supervision
• Submitting Land Registry and priority applications (OS1, OS2, K16)
• Assisting with AP1s, Certificates of Title and post-completion formalities

This Conveyancing Paralegal role offers exposure across residential and commercial conveyancing matters, supporting fee earners through the full transaction process. The Role

As the Conveyancing Paralegal you will support fee earners across a varied caseload of property transactions.

The role will include:

• Supporting residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
• Preparing contract packs and supporting transaction progression
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Reviewing title documents, leases, searches and mortgage paperwork

The Conveyancing Paralegal?

You will have previous conveyancing experience and a solid understanding of the property transaction process from instruction through to completion.

• Experience assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages or transfers of equity
