A1 Personnel Employment Agency Ltd is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a team in Liverpool. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions with minimal supervision.

The role focuses on progressing a varied residential conveyancing caseload efficiently while delivering a high level of service to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
• Demonstrable experience of managing your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
• Ability to work confidently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Experience handling a varied caseload of property transactions.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to identify issues and find solutions.
• The confidence to communicate directly with clients and third parties.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
• Handle matters with minimal supervision, taking ownership of files and ensuring they progress efficiently.
• Deal with sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Review and prepare legal documentation and contracts.
• Carry out and review property searches and raise and respond to enquiries.
• Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, solicitors, lenders and other third parties.
• Keep clients regularly updated on the progress of their matter.
• Arrange and coordinate exchange and completion.
• Ensure all post-completion requirements are dealt with accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive file records.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, escalating matters where appropriate.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and relevant conveyancing standards.
• Manage workloads effectively and meet key deadlines.
