Qualifications

• Recent experience in a conveyancing role.
• Excellent IT skills including Outlook and Word.

Responsabilités

• Assist in progressing conveyancing transactions, incl. file opening procedures and client ID checks.
• Obtain searches and upload to mortgage portals.
• Post completion work including AP1 submissions to Land Registry.
• Handle enquiries professionally via in person, phone or email.
• Produce documents using the Firm’s case management software and maintain files.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times; perform ad hoc duties as required.
