Capio Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal for a well-established law firm in Amersham. The role offers a salary around £26,000–£32,000 and is full-time, office-based.

You will support a fee earner on both residential and commercial property files, liaise with clients and solicitors, and draft legal documents. The position includes mentorship and potential progression to manage your own caseload over time.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or commercial property.
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
• Ambitious with a desire to develop and manage your own files in time.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting a fee earner on residential and commercial property files from instruction to post-completion.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
• Handling administrative duties such as file management and preparing reports.
• Assisting with due diligence including conducting searches and reviewing titles.
