Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our residential property team in Leamington Spa. The role offers exposure to a broad range of conveyancing matters, working alongside experienced solicitors in a supportive, high-performing firm with a strong local reputation.

You will support fee earners, manage files from instruction to completion, draft contracts, raise enquiries, and liaise with clients and agents.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive and professional approach with attention to detail.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in property law.

Responsibilities

• Supporting fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and new build matters
• Managing files from instruction through to completion with supervision
• Drafting contracts, raising enquiries and dealing with replies
• Carrying out searches, land registry applications and SDLT submissions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Providing a high level of client care and regular updates
