Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our residential property team in Leamington Spa. The role offers exposure to a broad range of conveyancing matters, working alongside experienced solicitors in a supportive, high-performing firm with a strong local reputation.

You will support fee earners, manage files from instruction to completion, draft contracts, raise enquiries, and liaise with clients and agents.

Qualifications

Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proactive and professional approach with attention to detail.
Interest in developing a long-term career in property law.

Responsibilities

Supporting fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and new build matters
Managing files from instruction through to completion with supervision
Drafting contracts, raising enquiries and dealing with replies
Carrying out searches, land registry applications and SDLT submissions
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
Providing a high level of client care and regular updates
