Job summary

Confidential in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join the residential property team on a full-time, office-based basis with free on-site parking.

You will support fee earners with conveyancing tasks, draft contracts, request packs, and manage AML/KYC while liaising with clients and agents to keep transactions moving smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a conveyancing or residential property paralegal role.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to workload management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a key role within the residential property team.
