Nub News in Leamington Spa is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our residential property team. You will support fee earners with a busy caseload, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, from instruction to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and new build matters.
• Manage files from instruction through to completion with supervision.
• Draft contracts, raise enquiries and respond to replies.
• Carry out searches, land registry applications and SDLT submissions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
