Job summary

Nub News is recruiting a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CLE) with 3+ years’ PQE for its Leamington Spa office. The role offers hybrid working and free onsite parking in a well‑appointed, modern setting.

You will manage a varied civil and commercial litigation caseload, liaise with clients, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court and settlements. A highly competitive salary commensurate with experience is offered.

• Qualified solicitor or CLE with 3+ years PQE in dispute resolution.
• Experience managing a dispute resolution caseload from start to finish.
• Up-to-date understanding of litigation processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied civil and commercial litigation caseload, including debt recovery, contractual disputes, probate disputes, and professional negligence claims.
• Liaise with clients, provide advice, and keep them updated on progress.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence; represent clients in court and negotiations.
