Job summary

Reed is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal in Hungerford to join a Residential Property team. You will support fee-earners on a busy caseload in a warm, collaborative environment where progression is encouraged and client experience is central.

You will work on freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, draft packs, searches, SDLT/HMLR applications, and maintain proactive client communications.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a Residential Conveyancing team (6 months+ ideal).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confidence liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors.
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support fee-earners on a busy, varied caseload including: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

The Role

You will support fee-earners on a busy and varied caseload including:
