Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal for a full-time, office-based role in Sutton Coldfield with on-site parking. You will support fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing and help the team progress files efficiently.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of conveyancing or residential property paralegal experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive approach to workload management in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing
• Issue draft contracts, request redemption figures and management packs; handle AML and KYC; on purchase files, order searches and draft contracts, manage funding sources
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and other legal professionals
• Ensure all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
