Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal for a full-time, office-based role in Sutton Coldfield with on-site parking. You will support fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing and help the team progress files efficiently.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of conveyancing or residential property paralegal experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive approach to workload management in a fast-paced legal environment.

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking for a new challenge in Sutton Coldfield? A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-established and reputable local law firm known for its supportive and close-knit team environment.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a key role within the residential property team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing

• Issuing draft contracts, requesting redemption figures and management packs, deal with AML and KYC. On purchase files:order searches and draft contracts, deal with source of funding.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals
• Ensuring all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently

This is a full-time, office-based position with free on-site parking provided.
