Job summary

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a small, friendly high street law firm based in Sutton Coldfield. You will assist with residential sale and purchase files, including opening files, issuing contracts and dealing with ancillary matters, liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering £25,000-£30,000 dependent on experience, with the chance to develop skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Conveyancing experience is required.
• Experience with sale and purchase files.
• Ability to manage own caseload is preferred.
