G2legal is inviting applications for a Conveyancing Paralegal in Sutton Coldfield. Join a well-established local law firm and support the residential property team in handling conveyancing tasks and client communications.

The role is full-time and office-based, with free on-site parking. The successful candidate will assist fee earners, handle drafting and AML/KYC processes, and coordinate with clients and agents to keep matters moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of conveyancing or residential property paralegal experience.
• Proactive approach to workload management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing.
• Issuing draft contracts, requesting redemption figures and management packs, AML and KYC; on purchase files: order searches and draft contracts.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals.
• Ensuring all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
