Job summary

Vivid Resourcing is recruiting a Locum Residential Conveyancer for a 6-month contract with a hybrid/remote pattern centred in Greater Cardiff. Start ASAP to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold matters. The role suits a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with strong independence.

The assignment offers hybrid working with a recommended 3 office days per week and a flexible setup to suit interim needs while the firm recruits permanently.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Ideally 5+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience).
• Able to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Residential conveyancing caseload including freehold & leasehold.
• Handle confidential client matters with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with solicitors and support staff to progress files.

I'm currently working with a well-established law firm that is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to join them on an initial 6-month contract while they recruit permanently.
