Job summary

G2 Legal in Cardiff is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Licensed Conveyancer to join a Legal 100 firm in central Cardiff on a hybrid basis.

You will take over an established caseload including plot sales, buy backs, staircasing and shared ownership, with experience in housing associations preferred.

The role offers a competitive salary, bonus, pension, 25 days holiday plus Christmas, and ongoing training within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have previously run your own conveyancing caseload.
• Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified fee earner.

Responsibilities

• Handle your own caseload of plot sales plus buy backs, staircasing and redemptions for shared ownership/equity properties.

An opportunity for a conveyancing paralegal or qualified Licensed Conveyancer to join a Legal 100 law firm in central Cardiff. This role is to take over an established case load from regular referrers.

Your experience:

• To have previously run your own conveyancing caseload
• Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified fee earner
