Job summary

CRA Consulting are currently recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a busy and well-established law firm in Rotherham on a 3-6 month locum contract to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will join a busy residential conveyancing team and take responsibility for managing their own caseload, dealing with matters from instruction through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive status, strong residential

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive status.
• Strong residential conveyancing experience.
• Experience managing a caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• The ability to hit the ground running in a busy environment.
• Availability to start at short notice.

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Providing clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other relevant parties.
