• Manage a varied and busy caseload from instruction to post completion.
• Freehold and leasehold conveyancing.
• Sales & Purchases; Remortgages & equity release.
• Transfers of equity; Right to Buy.
• Shared Ownership schemes and lease extensions.
• Advise on buying/selling houses, drafting contracts and property transfers.
