Qualifications
- Experience in a residential conveyancing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support fee earners with day-to-day management of residential property transactions.
- Assist with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers.
- Prepare and review conveyancing documentation.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
- Request and review searches and other relevant documentation.
- Deal with enquiries and progress transactions.
- Maintain accurate case management records.
- Provide a high level of client service throughout the conveyancing process.
