Job summary

Clayton Legal is recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant at a well-established regional law firm in Keighley. You will assist Residential Conveyancers on their caseloads, handling Sales & Purchases, Remortgages, and Transfers of Equity.

The role requires at least 18 months Conveyancing experience and a solid understanding of the full conveyancing process. Salary is £24,500–£27,000 DOE with an immediate start available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months conveyancing experience.
• Familiarity with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Conveyancers on their caseloads at various stages.
• Support a conveyancing fee earner and department in times of absence.
• Typing, calls, filing and general administration duties.
• Make applications via Land Registry portal.
