Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its property team in a hybrid role. You will manage a full caseload of residential matters, delivering a high standard of service from instruction through to completion.

The role involves working independently while supporting colleagues, maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential sale, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, leasehold and freehold matters
• Maintain accurate file records, correspondence and system updates
• Ensure timely progression of all transactions from initial instruction to completion
• Legal Drafting & Document Review
• Draft contracts, transfer deeds, completion statements and other legal documents
• Review title documents, leases, searches and supporting paperwork for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare clear reports on title and advise clients accordingly
• Attend client meetings and oversee signing of legal documents
