Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is recruiting a Conveyancer based in Tenterden to manage a personal residential property caseload from instruction to completion. The role involves liaising with clients, agents and lenders, drafting contracts and transfer deeds, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a client-focused environment.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent).
• UK private practice background.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, or equivalent.

• Manage a personal caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documents.

The Opportunity

Location: Tenterden, Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
• UK private practice background
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
