Job summary

Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Conveyancer in Gravesend to manage a residential property caseload from instruction to completion.

This office-based role offers a competitive salary, career progression, 25 days’ annual leave, and flexible hybrid working. You will liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors while upholding high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
• UK private practice background
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documents
• Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
