Job summary

BCL Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a long-established high street firm in South Manchester. You will handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgage and transfers of equity for private clients including high net worth individuals.

The caseload includes properties over £1 million around Bramhall, Stockport, Wilmslow and Macclesfield. Hybrid working is offered after a settling-in period with progression and good work/life balance.

Residential Conveyancer - South Manchester

Long established high street firm with offices in South Manchester is looking to hire an experienced Conveyancer to join the team.

Acting on behalf of private individuals many of which are high net worth individuals, this role is ideal if you are looking to work for an established firm close to home where you will be offered exposure to quality work. In return, the firm offers progression, stability and great work / life balance.

Acting on behalf of locally referred and repeat clients, the caseload will consist of:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgage and transfers of equity matters
• Shared ownerships
• Registered and unregistered titles

The role will involve handling the purchases and sales of properties worth in excess of £1million around the Bramhall, Stockport, Wilmslow and Macclesfield.

Hybrid working on offer after a settling in period.
