Job summary

BCL Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a long-established high street firm in South Manchester. You will handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgage and transfers of equity for private clients including high net worth individuals.

The caseload includes properties over £1 million around Bramhall, Stockport, Wilmslow and Macclesfield. Hybrid working is offered after a settling-in period with progression and good work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Experienced Conveyancer.

Responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage remortgage and transfers of equity matters.
• Handle shared ownerships and registered/unregistered titles.
• Work on purchases and sales of properties worth over £1 million in Bramhall, Stockport, Wilmslow and Macclesfield.
