Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Qualifications & Experience: Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with 1+ years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE), or an experienced Legal Executive/Paralegal with a proven track record of independently running a full conveyancing caseload.
• Full Caseload Management: Comprehensive knowledge of UK residential property law and conveyancing procedures, with demonstrated ability to manage freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity from file opening to completion.
• Legal Technology & CMS: Proficiency using modern Legal Case Management Systems, digital conveyancing portals, and automated document workflows to maximize file efficiency.
• Client Care & Communication: Outstanding client‑facing skills, providing empathetic, proactive, and clear updates throughout the conveyancing journey.
• Commercial Mindset: Proactive approach to building relationships with local estate agents, mortgage brokers, and referrers to support departmental growth.

Package & Working Structure

• Competitive Base Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 base salary per annum (commensurate with qualification, PQE, and overall fee‑earning experience).
