Job summary

Real Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its team in Bournemouth. You will manage title reviews, drafting of covenants, and all property documentation, handling plot sales and part exchanges with accuracy and client focus. Hybrid working is available for the majority of roles.

You will require a Licensed Conveyancer (CLC or SRA), strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, and excellent communication. A supportive team and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed Conveyancer qualification (CLC or SRA) is required.
• Proven experience in residential property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and reporting on title and pre-contract searches.
• Drafting deeds of covenant and lease reviews.
• Administering all documentation related to property transactions.
• Handling the sale of part exchange properties.
• Managing the plot sales process, including enquiries, exchange, completions, and post-completion matters.
