The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The work will include both freehold and leasehold transactions, acting for a diverse client base ranging from first-time buyers to experienced investors and landlords.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions independently
• Handling freehold and leasehold matters from start to finish
• Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Contributing to business development and networking initiatives

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor; an experienced Licensed Conveyancer or a Conveyancing Executive. Applications are welcome from strong file handlers who can work with minimal supervision.

Key requirements:

• Ideally 2+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage conveyancing matters independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
