• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and related procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Progress residential conveyancing transactions through all stages of the process alongside colleagues within the property team.
• Review title documentation, searches, mortgage offers and raise enquiries on purchase matters.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors and other third parties throughout transactions.

• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and related procedures
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Progress residential conveyancing transactions through all stages of the process alongside colleagues within the property team
• Review title documentation, searches, mortgage offers and raise enquiries on purchase matters
• Prepare client reports, completion documentation and SDLT returns
• Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors and other third parties throughout transactions
• Assist with completion and post-completion matters while maintaining accurate case management records

Job Type and Hours

Full Time, Monday – Friday
