MPJ Recruitment Ltd invites applications for a Conversion Handler position based in Manchester City Centre. The role involves engaging with clients to retain claims, progress cases and convert missed opportunities into successful outcomes.

You will manage relationships, resolve concerns, and support vehicle hire arrangements while collaborating with internal and external partners to maximise conversions and ensure high-quality service.

Conversion Handler

Manchester City Centre

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, plus every other Saturday, 9:00 am-6:00pm.

£29,080.48 + Commission + Benefits

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Conversion Handler to join our growing team in Manchester City Centre.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, overcoming challenges and maximising opportunities. You'll play a key role in retaining clients, progressing claims and ensuring customers receive the support they need throughout their claims journey.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

What We’re Looking For

Experience in legal services, personal injury, insurance or claims handling is desirable but not essential.
