Job summary

ARNE, a UK-based apparel and footwear brand, is seeking an Ecommerce Insights Analyst to transform ecommerce data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Marketing and CRM to optimize digital performance and drive business decisions that improve conversion rates.

The role focuses on data analysis across Shopify, GA, and user behavior tools, translating findings for non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities include reporting on KPIs, evaluating website touchpoints, and supporting

Qualifications

Proven track record of deriving actionable insights from large datasets.
Experience in an insight role with eCommerce or retail data preferred.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and web analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Analyse digital data from eCommerce platforms (Shopify, GA, FullStory, Monetate).
Develop regular and ad-hoc KPI reports (conversion, add-to-cart, checkout, bounce).
Analyse site touchpoints to improve conversion rate and journey.
Create customer shopping profiles to identify opportunities to improve journey and conversion.
Monitor web design changes and campaigns; provide optimization recommendations.
