ARNE Ltd. is seeking an Ecommerce Insights Analyst to interpret ecommerce data and generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve conversion rates.

You will work with Marketing and CRM teams to enhance the customer experience, optimise digital performance, and support wider business objectives. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to define business questions and translate findings into actionable recommendations for

Qualifications

• Proven track record of deriving actionable insights from large datasets.
• Familiarity with ecommerce analytics tools (Shopify, GA, FullStory, Monetate).
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse digital data from eCommerce platforms (Shopify, GA, FullStory, Monetate).
• Develop regular and ad-hoc KPI reports (conversion rates, add-to-cart, checkout, bounce).
• Collaborate with UX/UI, Marketing, and Product to translate data into insights.
• Monitor web design changes and campaigns for optimization opportunities.
