The next phase of growth isn't about more traffic; it's about designing experiences that convert, retain, and compound. We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who doesn't just make things look good, but builds the design system and conversion-focused surfaces that move the numbers.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of UX/UI design experience in DTC or e-commerce, with PDPs and checkout experience.
• Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma.
• Portfolio showing measurable business impact via conversion improvements.
• Experience guiding experiments from hypothesis to results.
• Advanced Figma proficiency and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own UX/UI for conversion-critical pages (PDPs, checkout flows, landing pages, CTAs, post-purchase).
• Design every A/B test variant with a hypothesis and defined success metric.
• Evaluate test results and iterate; document winning patterns.
• Partner with CRO Manager to build and maintain a design hypothesis backlog.
• Identify friction points via heatmaps/session replays/analytics and translate into test briefs.
• Own the design system and component library in Figma, with clear specifications.
