Job summary

PetLabCo. seeks a Mid-Weight UX/UI Designer to help create digital experiences that perform as well as they look. You’ll work across the organic e-commerce site, customer portal and acquisition funnels, collaborating with Senior Product Designers and the Design & UX Director to prioritise opportunities.

You’ll balance conversion, brand and usability, using data and experimentation to inform iterations and measure impact in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• You have hands-on experience designing digital experiences for a direct-to-consumer brand, e-commerce business or similarly conversion-focused environment.
• You’ve developed enough experience to independently take on design problems while still enjoying collaboration, feedback and learning from senior designers.
• You understand that conversion is a critical measure of digital design performance and have experience designing or optimising customer journeys with commercial outcomes in mind.

Responsibilities

• Design across multiple areas of the PetLabCo customer journey, from organic e-commerce site to cold acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Balance customer needs, brand, usability and commercial performance in your designs.
• Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional partners to move ideas from brief to high-quality UI.
