Job summary

Adlib Recruitment is partnering with a technology startup to recruit a Senior UI/UX Designer who will influence product strategy and user experience in a remote-first setting.

You will own end-to-end design, translating complex requirements into intuitive interfaces, flows and prototypes for SaaS products. Collaboration with Product, Engineering and other UX designers is essential to drive innovation and design system evolution.

Qualifications

• Proven UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of commercial experience.
• Experience building SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments.
• Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles and Figma.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline design workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across web and responsive apps.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design from discovery to launch.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and other designers to shape product strategy.
• Validate ideas through research, prototyping and usability testing.
• Develop and evolve scalable design systems and ensure accessibility.
