• Ownership of a site with proven conversion results.
• Direct response instincts and CRO program experience.
• Experience with AI tools in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own design end to end across digital surfaces from wireframes to launch.
• Partner with Digital Product Manager to CRO and experimentation.
• Translate brand identity into scalable design systems.
• Create data-informed visuals from clinical data and product facts.
