Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in London seeks a Senior UX/UI or Product Designer focused on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to join our CRO squad. You will craft high‑performing web experiences, landing pages and checkout flows for multiple brands, blending user insight with data from tests to maximise conversions.

You’ll own end‑to‑end design, create flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma, collaborate with CRO strategists and developers, and contribute to scalable design systems

Qualifications

• Experience designing for A/B testing, CRO, or landing page optimisation with data‑driven decisions.
• Deep understanding of conversion principles, usability, and responsive layouts.
• Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design process from insight to test outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design for A/B and multivariate tests across web/mobile.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes optimized for experimentation.
• Create pixel‑perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and conversion goals.
• Collaborate with CRO strategists, analysts, PMs and developers in an agile squad.
• Maintain and contribute to tokenised design systems across multiple brands.
• Translate test results into actionable design improvements.
