Job summary

Quantum in London is seeking a Junior Product Designer to turn conversion ideas into testable designs for landing pages, forms and comparison journeys. You will work with CRO, creative and development teams to ship experiments quickly and build reusable design system components to speed up testing across brands.

You should be curious about conversion, comfortable with briefs and feedback, and bring strong English communication. A hybrid office setup is offered in this role.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing conversion-focused design work.
• Proficient in Figma, including components and auto layout.
• Curious about why variants win and how to test them.
• Able to take a brief and feedback and move quickly to a clean design.
• Experience in performance marketing or lead generation is a bonus.
• Thrives in a team environment and fast-paced settings.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• No ego and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design test variants for landing pages, forms, offer pages and journeys from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready files.
• Collaborate with CRO, creative and development teams to launch experiments quickly.
• Build and maintain reusable components in the design system for faster testing across brands.
• Support rewards brands joining the experimentation programme.
• Assist qualitative research like usability sessions to shape hypotheses.
