Job summary

Natilik is seeking a Conversational AI Engineer to build and maintain cutting-edge conversational AI solutions on the Cognigy platform. You will design flows, voice journeys, and tool-calling patterns, while integrating with REST APIs and multilingual knowledge bases.

The role emphasizes testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure robust, scalable conversational experiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on AI delivery experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a deep understanding of LLM

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery of conversational AI including flows, nodes, and LLM prompts.
• Strong JavaScript experience for conversational code nodes and payload handling.
• Deep understanding of LLM prompting, tool design, and safe tool usage across multilingual prompts.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and maintain conversational AI solutions on the Cognigy platform.
• Develop flows, voice journeys, routing and fallback logic, and agentic AI tool calling patterns.
• Integrations with REST APIs and knowledge bases; support RAG and multilingual experiences.
• Perform testing, debugging, reporting, documentation and UAT; escalate architectural gaps to the Voice AI Architect.
