Qualifications

• Proven track record owning a conversational AI service in a regulated, high-volume environment.
• Experience managing a delivery partner with clear accountability and constraints.
• Hands-on experimentation on live client journeys with measured results.
• Data-driven with strong analytics, measurement design and root-cause analysis.
• Product management mindset: prioritisation, value-focused backlog, iterative deliveries.
• Technical fluency to discuss API capabilities and challenge designs.
• Awareness of IG regulatory context and consumer duty considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own live AI agent performance metrics and weekly optimisation roadmap.
• Define thresholds, procedures, and escalation pathways for the platform partner.
• Diagnose underperformance using case sampling and analyst insights.
• Run experimentation with defined hypotheses and guardrail metrics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in implementations and automated decisions.
• Lead go-live readiness with defined client requirements and accuracy standards.
