Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering conversational AI or agentic automation solutions.
• Proven delivery track record with major conversational AI platforms.
• Practical experience integrating GenAI/LLM capabilities into production systems.
• Solid proficiency in Python or Node.js for backend integrations.
• Experience with CX and contact centre infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery quality from design to go-live.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned client engagements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end conversational AI solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
