Aviva Investors is recruiting for an Operational Controls Oversight Manager in Norwich. The role supports the COO Controls Oversight & Assurance team, leveraging data to strengthen governance and control environments across a global remit.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to monitor risks, improve processes, and deliver high-quality reporting. A strong view on technology adoption, including GenAI, will help drive efficiency and better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated environment with exposure to risk, controls, governance or compliance.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret data and MI.
• Interest in using technology and GenAI to improve processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen the first-line risk and controls framework.
• Provide data-driven insights and monitoring of risks and controls.
• Assist governance activities and drive process improvements.
• Build stakeholder relationships and track/resolve issues.
