Job summary

Aviva Investors is recruiting an Operational Controls Oversight Manager to strengthen governance, risk and controls across Operations, IT and Transformation. You will produce meaningful MI, oversee risk management, and support remediation of control issues while developing colleagues.

Reporting to the Head of Controls Oversight & Assurance, you will work with business leaders and risk teams to ensure a robust, scalable framework and timely delivery of reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience within asset management, investment management, financial services, or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong reporting, MI and data analysis skills, with Excel and large datasets.
• Experience of governance, risk management, controls oversight, testing, process improvement or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Drive risk and controls governance across Aviva Investors; produce meaningful MI and oversight.
• Identify, assess and remediate risks and control issues; support senior governance forums.
