Qualifications

• Leads Safety First culture and ensures Health and Food Safety standards.
• Senior engineering management experience in FMCG/food manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven capital project management experience, including change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the Engineering team to achieve Engineering Excellence and KPI targets.
• Manage site energy and maintenance plans, ensuring asset availability to meet business needs.
• Oversee site budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and drive PDP initiatives.
• Partner with manufacturing and technical managers to deliver a safe, reliable manufacturing process.
• Be an active member of the site/regional management team and share best practices across functions.
• Develop continuous improvement culture and implement CI action plans to hit targets.
• Address service issues promptly and escalate when needed.
