Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the manufacturing function with clear, inspirational leadership.
• Drive a safety culture and ensure compliant health and safety standards.
• Motivate the manufacturing team to meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets.
• Review manufacturing practices and implement cost-saving improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical managers to deliver reliable processes.
• Support national initiatives and projects within AMB group where required.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental legislation and site procedures, including contractor control.
• Contribute as an active member of the site/regional management team.
• Build cross-functional relationships to share best practice and drive performance.
• Demonstrate leadership, resilience, and a commercial mindset to deliver results.
