Qualifications

• Leads by example with the ‘Safety First’ message and maintains high Health and Food Safety standards.
• Proven senior engineering management experience in FMCG/food manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven capital project management experience, including change management.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the engineering team to meet customer needs and compliance within Allied Bakeries standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and sponsor change across the site.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies, asset care and energy improvement plans.
• Manage engineering budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and technical managers to ensure a safe, reliable manufacturing process.
